Once an order is placed, you should receive an email to allow you to track your order.

Standard domestic* orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. Domestic economy orders ship within 4-8 business days.

International orders can take anywhere from 10-30 business days.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always one of the following situations:

- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home

- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property

- The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually has been

- Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office but the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the household

If a package still hasn't shown up 10 days after the labeled delivery date, please contact us. We will do our best to address the issue.

We are a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.

This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

If you have any hesitation regarding what size to order, we recommend using the sizing charts under each product description and/or sizing up!

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
